A play focused on the story of the experiences of refugees who move to the UK is being performed across East Anglia over the next few weeks.
The first performance of 'The Journey' in the region is taking place in Norwich today.
It's also due to visit Woodbridge in Suffolk on Tuesday 20th November and Great Yarmouth on Friday 7th December.
The play's director, Steve Lambert, says there's an important theme to the storyline:
"The play follows a family.
"What it tries to do is help the audience understand the meaning behind that first step away from home.
"What forces someone to leave their home."
Steve says there's more to the storyline than just the distance some people end up travelling:
"I know we see their journeys as being thousands of miles long, but it actually starts with that first step away from home."
