The two people who died in a suspected murder-suicide in Ipswich on Monday have been named as married couple Katherine and Thomas Kemp.
Thomas, 32, was found on the ground outside their flat in Siloam Place at around 8.50am, and Katherine's body was discovered when officers went inside the building.
A post-mortem examination has found that 31-year-old Katherine's death was a result of multiple stab wounds; Suffolk police have confirmed they are treating it as murder.
Thomas' death is not being treated as suspicious, and detectives do not believe anyone else was involved in the incident.
Despite that, officers will still continue to patrol the area to provide reassurance to residents.
The police are also still appealing for witnesses, and say anyone in the area of Siloam Place between 7am and 9am on Monday should contact south CID at Landmark House on 101, quoting reference 44421/18.
